To prepare the glaze you will need: 900 grams of powdered sugar; 3 tablespoons of powder for meringue; ½ teaspoon of tartar; 100 ml of water; 1 teaspoon of vanillin; 2-4 tablespoons of water; Food colorings.


Cookie preparation:


1. In a large-sized bowl, beat the butter on medium, then high speed for about 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until fully stirred, cleaning the walls of the cup. Add the egg, milk and vanillin and whisk until completely stirred.


Add as much flour as you can mixwith the help of a mixer. Use a wooden spoon to stir the rest of the flour. Divide the dough into two pieces, cover, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the dough stops sticking to your hands.


2. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. On a lightly sprinkled meal, roll the dough into a 3-6 mm thick layer. Molds cut out cookies. Place the cookies on an unglazed baking sheet about 2.5 cm apart.
