Seafood has not only an elegant taste, but also a whole storehouse of useful properties. In particular, squid and shrimp have earned a reputation for dietary food, so many are used to lose weight.
In addition, they contain a large number ofproteins, well absorbed by the body, and a small amount of fats and carbohydrates. Vitamins A, E, polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, calcium, copper, iron, which are part of shrimp and squid, also have a positive effect on the activities of the human body as a whole, slowing down its aging processes, improving brain function and owning anti-inflammatory action.

Recipe for an unusually tasty salad with seafood, which can satisfy the culinary preferences of the most experienced gourmet, will be offered below. For its preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- shrimp - 300 g
- squid - 300 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 3-4 pieces
- onions - 0.5 pcs
- Leek - 0.5 pcs
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- cucumber - 0, 5 pieces
- arugula - 30 g
- bitter pepper - 0.4 pod
- parsley - 1 beam
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
- sesame oil, salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
- After all the ingredients of the salad are cooked, you can start cooking it. To begin with, we clean and wash seafood.
- After that, squids are cut into rings.
- For 3-4 minutes we lower the squids cut into rings into boiling water with diluted soda in it. With this little trick we can make seafood white and make them soft.
- Lemon juice and chopped bitter pepper add to the peeled and sliced onions. Add spices (salt, pepper) to it to taste.
- Finely chop parsley and add it to a vessel with onions.
- To the onions, add the finely chopped tomatoes, washing them before the water and clearing the stalk.
- We cut Bulgarian pepper and fresh cucumber with straws, washing them well before that water.
- Fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan until they have a golden color.
- Peeled shrimp for 3-4 minutes fry in sesame oil.
- Squid rings are poured into a frying pan with shrimps and fry for a few more minutes.
- After that, all the contents of the frying pan are shifted together with sesame oil into a bulk pan.
- Salad dressing with sesame oil, add salt, pepper, and then mix.
