Salad of squid with mushrooms

This simple salad recipe for squid with mushroomswill taste the lovers of seafood. Despite the simplicity of the preparation, a squid salad will fit well on a festive table, for example, on New Year's Eve.
To prepare a salad of squid you will need:
- squid - 500 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- champignons - 500 g
- mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion - to taste
Preparation
Boil the squid. Previously, they should remove the film. For this, the squid carcass must be doused with boiling water - then the foil is easily removed. In the boiling salted water to lower the squid and cook them no longer than 2-5 minutes.
Boil the eggs hard, clean. Peel the champignons and fry them with onions in vegetable oil.
Cut the boiled squid into strips or cubes, cut into eggs. Mix with fried mushrooms. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
