To prepare 2 servings of stuffed squid, you will need:



  • squid - 2 carcasses

  • onion - 1 pc.

  • carrots - 1 pc.

  • champignons - 500 g

  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • cheese hard -100 g

  • salt, pepper, mayonnaise - to taste


Preparation



Onions cut into small cubes, grate the carrots on a large grater. Fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown.



Thoroughly wash and clean the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.


Mix champignons, onions, carrots, boiled and finely chopped eggs, add grated cheese on a large grater. Forcemeat, if desired, salt, pepper.


Thoroughly washed squid carcasses stuffed with minced meat and tie the edges with a toothpick.


Cover the pan with foil and grease with vegetable oil. Put the stuffed carcasses on foil, salt and pepper to taste, grease with mayonnaise. Turn the edges of the foil so that the "boats" are made.


Bake squid in the oven at a temperature of about 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes.


Serve the table hot or cold, cutting the squid in circles.
