Easy vanilla dessert for Valentine's Day, recipe

This dessert for Valentine's Day is namedeasy because it does not carry a large "caloric" load. And the process of preparing it can not be called difficult. So, what we need to create this dessert with vanilla flavor:
• vanilla pudding - 2 sachets;
• milk - 0.4 liters;
• yogurt - 150 ml;
• juice (preferably multivitamin) - 0.5 liters;
• sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
• kiwi (for decoration) - 4 pcs.
Now we turn to how to make such a vanilla light dessert:
1. Mix the contents of one sachet with pudding from 3 tbsp. l. juice;
2. The remaining juice is poured into a saucepan and placed on a small fire, bring to a boil;
3. In the boiled juice add the juice, previously diluted in juice, half sugar, mix, leave a little more boiled (minute) and take off;
4. the resulting portion of pudding is poured into 6 beautiful glasses;
5. the second bag of pudding is mixed with a couple of spoonfuls of milk;
6. The rest of the milk is heated, add a diluted pudding, sugar, mix well, boil a minute;
7. a little chilled milk with pudding mixed with yogurt and poured into the same containers, which we put in the refrigerator for 4 hours;
8. We turn the glasses with the prepared dessert onto prepared plates and decorate the kiwi. As a result, you will get a two-layer yellow-milk dessert for Valentine's Day - easy, tasty and romantic.
Chocolate-vanilla dessert "a la Rafaello"
This variant of dessert with a pleasantvanilla-chocolate taste is sure to please your second half, and not only. This recipe for vanilla dessert with chocolate and coconut notes can be used for any celebration or just to pamper yourself and your loved ones. But, closer to the point.
In order to prepare such a sweet dish, you need to take the following ingredients:
• flour - 6 tbsp. l .;
• sugar - 1 item;
• milk - 1 l;
• Butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
• vanillin, cocoa;
• coconut biscuits.
Prepare the dessert like this:
1. We begin by mixing sugar and flour in a saucepan, diluting it with milk and boiling it over low heat until the mixture thickens. Be vigilant - it happens quickly;
2. add the thickened mixture of oil and divide it into 2 parts, pouring into individual pots. In one we add cocoa, in the other - vanillin;
3. again put the pots on the fire literally for a minute;
4. now proceed to a beautiful formation of this original vanilla-chocolate dessert: take high glasses or glasses and spread the resulting vanilla and chocolate mixtures layer by layer. How many layers to do - it's up to you. Separate the layers and sprinkle the top layer with a chopped cookie (on a grater or in a blender). Such a delicate and incredibly tasty dessert is a pleasure!
