Creamy dessert for Valentine's Day

Necessary ingredients
Prepare our dessert for Valentine's Day is easy, this will require the following products:
low-fat curd - about 200 g;
fat cream from 20% and above - 300 ml;
Instant gelatin - 1 st. l .;
powdered sugar - 125 ml;
freshly frozen strawberries - 350 gr.
Cooking method
1. Defrost the strawberry. Mixed with melting juice mixed with gelatin and powdered sugar.
2. Slowly heat this mixture, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
