Dissolve gelatin in hot water (boiling water can not be poured - gelatin will lose its gelling properties). During dissolution, it is good

Slightly melted ice cream put in a bowl for a mixer or large dishes and start whipping with a mixer. When whipping with a thin trickle, pour in
in the ice cream dissolved warm gelatin. You will notice that the mass begins to thicken immediately. Once you have poured gelatin, immediately add to the whipped
ice cream finely chopped fruit and quickly mix with a spoon.
