Strawberry dessert

Strawberries are one of the most fragrant and sweet berries. Strawberry dessert in combination with cream or cottage cheese it turns out to be divinely tasty. Pleasure yourself and your loved ones with such desserts, they'll love it!
Strawberry wonder
To make a strawberry dessert strawberry miracle, we need:
- 2 egg whites;
- ¾ cup of sugar;
- 2 glasses of whole strawberry berries.
We will wash and dry the strawberries. In a clean dry bowl, we take chilled proteins to form a sparse foam. Then add the sugar, stir with a mixer, add the strawberries. We'll take the egg-berry mixture to form a thick mass.
The resulting dessert of strawberries will be placed in the crockery, decorated with berry cut in half and fresh mint leaves.
If you freeze this dessert, you will get an excellent "Miracle Ice Cream".
For the season, you can replace strawberries with raspberries.
Curd dessert from strawberries and cookies
For the preparation we need:
- 250 g cottage cheese;
- 250 g of strawberries;
- 100 g of shortbread cookies;
- 100 ml cream for whipping;
- 50 g of powdered sugar;
- 150 ml. orange juice or diluted syrup.
Dry the washed strawberries into slices and place them in a large bowl. Add half of the cooked sugar powder and grind the blender until smooth.
Let us take a chilled cream. Chop the cottage cheese to a homogeneous mass. Add to cottage cheese 1 tbsp. l. orange juice and the remaining half of the powdered sugar. All well mixed, then add the whipped cream and mix again well.
One third of the curd mass will be put aside in a bowl. In the rest of the cream, add the prepared strawberry puree and mix.
Chop the cookies and fill the remaining orangejuice. Half of this mass will be put on the bottom of the prepared form. From the top we will fill with strawberry-curd cream and level. On the cream, lay out an even layer of the remaining cookies, then fill with a white deferred curd cream, gently level it. Put the dessert from the strawberries in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.
Before serving, the dessert can be decorated with strawberries or grated chocolate.
Strawberry jelly with cream
To prepare this interesting and delicious strawberry dessert, you will need:
- 750 g of strawberries;
- 100 g of powdered sugar and a little more for powdering;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 125 g of cream;
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 tbsp. l. strawberry liqueur;
- 50 ml of grapefruit juice;
- ½ small peel of grapefruit;
- 7 plates of red gelatin;
- 2 plates of white gelatin;
- 1 vanilla pod;
- a little mint.
We can separately separate the red and white gelatin. Pure strawberries in a saucepan, fill with liqueur, add ¾ sugar powder (75 g), half a grapefruit juice (25 g) and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. In the resulting strawberry puree add the soaked red gelatin. Fill this mass of kremanki to half and cool to get the jelly.
We'll skip the cream. Grapefruit zest, remaining juice, sugar powder, yolk and vanilla mix well. Add the wiped cottage cheese, white gelatin and mix the resulting mass with whipped cream. We'll get the croissants with jelly and lay out the cooked cream in them. Let's report the remaining strawberry puree to the cream.
Let's cool for 4 hours. Before serving, decorate the strawberry dessert with fresh strawberries and mint. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve it to the table.
Strawberry breakfast
Prepare useful and nutritious toast with eggs and milk. For this we need:
- stale roll;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- some milk;
- butter for roasting;
- powdered sugar for powder.
Cut the loaf into slices 1 cm thick. pour the milk into a wide plate and moisten the croutons in it. We'll take an egg with sugar. In a frying pan, melt the butter. Dip the toasts in the egg and put them on the prepared frying pan. Fry from both sides until golden blush. Before serving the toast to the table for each slice, we put 2 tablespoons of finely chopped strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
