4 Chicken wings, marinated in Coca-Cola
To prepare 12 servings you will need:
- 12 chicken wings;
- 200 ml of Coca-Cola;
- 50-60 ml of soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons sherry or dry white wine;
- 3 thin plastic peeled ginger root;
- 2 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices;
- ¼ teaspoon ground hot pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon of fried sesame seeds.
Preparation:
1. Trim off the tips of the wings, cut the wings around the joint into 2 parts. Put the resulting 24 pieces in a bag, put on a flat dish. 2. To make a marinade in a small cup, mix coca-cola, soy sauce, wine, ginger, garlic and hot pepper. Pour marinade wings, tie a packet and shake, so that the marinade is evenly distributed along the wings. Put the package in the refrigerator for an hour, periodically shaking the package. Then pour the marinade into a bowl, dry the wings with paper napkins.
3. In a frying pan with a diameter of approximately 25 cm, heat the oil over medium heat, put the wings in the pan, fry them on both sides for about 10 minutes, until they are browned. Drain the oil. Fill the wings with marinade.
4. Close the frying pan with a lid and boil for about 5 minutes. Open the lid and cook for another 10 minutes until the pickle slightly thickens, turning the wings one time. Put the wings on a plate, sprinkling them with sesame seeds.
