Chicken wings in sweet and sour sauce
To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 beaten eggs
- a glass of pineapple, chopped
- half a glass of cornstarch
- half a glass of vinegar
- half a cup of sugar
- one third of a glass of pineapple juice
- a quarter cup of ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 0.25 tsp. salt
- 4 drops of hot sauce
- a pinch of pepper
- vegetable oil for roasting
Chicken wings handle and dry withhelp paper towels. Dip the wings into beaten eggs. Take a large and dense paper bag, pour salt, pepper and cornstarch into it. Covered with whipped egg wings put in a bag and shake.
Take a large frying pan and pour into it.vegetable oil (about 5 cm layer). Put the frying pan on the fire and heat the oil until it boils. Fry the wings in oil until golden brown. Fried wings spread on a paper towel - it absorbs excess fat. Drain their frying pans with a portion of the oil (should remain about a tablespoon). Do not allow the frying pan to cool.
Stir the hot sauce, Wurstersauce, ketchup, vinegar, pineapple juice and sugar. Pour the mixture into a frying pan and heat to a boil over high heat. With starch paste thicken the sauce until medium density. Add the chopped pineapple and chicken wings into the pan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
