How to cook stuffed peppers?

Pepper stuffed with rice
Be sure to try to prepare a stuffed pepper with rice and vegetables in tomato sauce - lick your fingers! To make stuffed peppers according to this recipe, we will need:
7-10 Bulgarian peppers
cooking oil for frying
For filling:
0.5 tbsp. rice
1-2 tomatoes
1-2 carrots
1-2 onions
1-2 cloves of garlic
greens, freshly ground pepper, salt - to taste
For sauce:
4-5 tomatoes
1 Bulgarian pepper
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1-2 tbsp. ketchup or tomato paste
0.25 tsp. Sahara
freshly ground pepper, salt - to taste
Mine peppers, gently cut the stalk andremove seeds (it is important not to damage the walls of pepper). Once again, we wash the peppers and dry them with paper napkins. Fry the pepper in a small amount of vegetable oil from all sides.
Then we prepare the filling. Rice is washed and boiled until half cooked. Vegetables and greens are mine. We cut the tomatoes into cubes. We clean onions, carrots and garlic. Garlic we pass through garlic crook, onion finely chopped, carrots rubbed on a large grater, and we chop the greens.
Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil. 3-4 minutes fry onions on it, add carrots and fry for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the fire and let it cool. We take a large bowl, combine rice, onions with carrots, tomatoes, garlic and greens in it. Solem, pepper, mix thoroughly. Fill the filling with peppers.
Now prepare the sauce. Mine tomatoes and peppers. Tomatoes are rubbed on a large grater, the peppers are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Onions and garlic are cleaned and finely chopped. We warm the vegetable oil in a sauté pan and fry onion and garlic in it for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper and fry another 3-4 minutes, then add tomatoes and stew for 15-20 minutes before thickening. Add ketchup or tomato paste, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar, salt and pepper.
Put the peppers in the resulting sauce, cover with a lid and cook for about 40 minutes with a weak boil. Before serving, pour the sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
Pepper stuffed with meat and rice
Fans of more hearty meat dishes can prepare a stuffed pepper with meat and rice. To prepare a stuffed pepper with such a filling, we'll take:
1 kg of Bulgarian pepper
0.5 kg of prepared minced meat
0,75 st. rice
3 onions
50 g of butter
1 L of tomato juice, water or broth
parsley (herbs), ground black pepper, salt - to taste
butter for seasoning
My pepper, cut off the tops with a peduncle and remove the seeds, without damaging the walls. Rinse the pepper in cold water and drain it with a paper towel.
Then we prepare the stuffing. Onions are cleaned and finely chopped and wessed in a saucepan in butter until golden. We sort out the rice, wash it and add it to the saucepan. Pour a little water - so that is enough for cooking rice. If you want, you can add some fresh tomatoes or tomato sauce. We boil in 110-15 minutes under the lid (until the semi-preparedness of rice).
Mix rice cooked with onion, with meatminced meat, salt and pepper to taste, add greens. The prepared stuffing is filled with prepared peppers. We put the pepper in a low wide pan, pour tomato juice, broth or water. Stew pepper on low heat until cooked (about 30-40 minutes).
