3 kg of squash
1 kg of tomatoes
1 kg of pepper
200 g of sugar
200 ml of vegetable oil
150 g of onion
100 ml of 9% vinegar
80 g of salt
Tomatoes and let's go through the meat grinder. Pepper mine, remove the seeds and cut into small strips. Marrows my and cut into cubes the size of about 2 by 2 cm, if they are young. Old zucchini pre-peel and remove the core, and then cut into cubes of pulp. Onions cut with rings, each ring is cut into quarters.
