To make a casserole of pumpkin with cottage cheese you will need:

  • pumpkin - 300 g

  • soft curd - 300 g

  • carrots - 70 g

  • raisins - 50 g

  • dried apricots - 100 g

  • Salt and sugar - to taste


Wash, peel the vegetables and grind them on a largegrater. Grind dried apricots and mix it with grated vegetables, raisins and cottage cheese. Add the resulting mass of sugar and salt to taste. Pumpkin casserole with apples




To prepare a pumpkin casserole with apples, take:

  • pumpkin - 1 kg

  • semolina - 100 g

  • soft curds - 500 g

  • apples - 1 kg

  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • ground white breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.

  • sugar - 4-6 tablespoons

  • vanilla sugar 10 g

  • ground cinnamon - 2 tablespoons

  • juice of half a lemon

  • Butter and bread crumbs for lubrication and molding

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large cubes. Then pumpkin should be boiled until soft, but not digest. When the pumpkin is cooked, flip it over the colander to the glass all the liquid.



Mix half the sugar with semolina and mash the sweetened manga with pumpkin. Take care that there are no lumps. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes to swell the mango.



Juice from half a lemon squeezed into a separate bowl. Apples (better sour) need to be cleaned and cut into cubes of medium size in the same bowl. From time to time you need to mix apples so that they are evenly covered with juice - then it will not darken. If necessary, you can add more juice. Then heat the dry pan and extinguish the apples for a few minutes until they become soft, but do not start to fall apart.



Lubricate the butter roasting form andsprinkle with breadcrumbs. In the pumpkin with a manga add vanilla sugar, one egg and ground white breadcrumbs. Pumpkin paste into the form. Make sure that the layer is flat. Sprinkle a mass of half a cinnamon. Top with the same even layer lay the apples and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon.



Take the second egg. The yolk needs to be separated from the protein. Curd cheese with the remaining sugar and yolk, and the protein at this time, clean the refrigerator.
