Chocolate Pudding: Recipe for Cooking

Traditionally in England pudding is considered a dish that served at the Christmas table. Even there is a special recipe for Christmas pudding. But for any other day you can cook an ordinary chocolate pudding, which will be an excellent dessert for your whole family.
Chocolate pudding
Cooking this dessert is very simple. And the number of products you need is not the greatest. So, for making chocolate pudding you will need:
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 120 g of butter
- 75 ml cream
- 50 ml of milk
- 60 g flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
First, oil the molds into which you will pour the pudding. While forms for pudding are not needed, put them in the refrigerator.
In a water bath, melt the chocolate and creambutter. Separately mix together milk and cream, bring them to a boil. Beat the eggs with sugar whisk. Add the flour to the mixture and beat it well again. Slightly cooled milk, pour into the egg mixture. Stir well and add the melted chocolate. Mix the pudding again and pour it over the prepared forms. Forms with pudding should be placed in the freezer.
Frozen pudding should be obtained from the freezer and sent to the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
This cooking will give the outside of the pudding to bake, while the inner part will remain liquid.
Chocolate-vanilla pudding
This variant of pudding preparation will suit you, if you want to dilute the taste of chocolate with a delicate vanilla. You will need these products:
- 3 tbsp. l. cocoa
- 3 tbsp. l. flour
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. vanillin
- 1 tbsp. l. vanilla oil
Mix together the sugar with flour and add the milk. Stir the mixture and put it on the fire. Slightly boil the mixture to make it thick. Now add melted butter and divide the mixture into two parts.
In one part, add vanillin. In the other - cocoa. Once again, heat each mixture separately and let them thicken even more. Two received puddings should be put in the containers, in which you will serve dessert, in layers. If desired, each layer can be sprinkled with any nuts. On top, decorate the pudding with grated chocolate.
