Chocolate Cheesecake
To bake a chocolate cheesecake, take:
- 480 grams of Ricotta cheese or other soft cream cheese
- 200 g chocolate chip cookies
- 120 g of butter
- 100 g of chocolate
- 90 g of powdered sugar
- 80 g melted butter
- 60 ml cream
- 4 tbsp. l. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. l. corn flour
- 2 eggs
