Bread with garlic
Bread is one of those products that we are used tobuy in the store, not cook at home. And in vain - fragrant home bread is much tastier than purchased. Moreover, it can add a variety of spices and spices, which are rarely added to the store's bread. How about we cook bread with garlic?






Bread with garlic in a bread maker



If you have a bread maker, cook garlic bread - not a problem. For this we need the following products:



  • 450 g of flour

  • 240 ml of water

  • 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped dill

  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream (fat content 15-25%)

  • 2 tbsp. l. butter

  • 1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • 1.5 tsp. salt

  • 1.5 tsp. dry instant yeast (or 11 g fresh)

  • 1 clove of chopped garlic


Yeast scatter on the bottom of the bucket bread maker,from above sift flour. Add the rest of the ingredients, water being the last. We bake in the mode of "Basic baking", in the bread size settings we choose the average, in the settings of the crust - also average.



Bread with garlic and tomatoes in the oven



Even if you did not get a bakery, do not despair: it's quite real to bake bread with garlic in a conventional oven. Although, of course, in this case, its preparation will be more labor-intensive. For garlic bread, take the following ingredients:



  • 250 g of rye flour

  • 200 g of tomato pulp

  • 110 g of wheat flour

  • 100 ml of boiling water

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • 1 tbsp. l. rye fermented malt

  • 1 tbsp. l. Flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp. l. flaxseed oil

  • 1.5 tsp. dry yeast

  • 1-2 tsp. dried herbs

  • 1 tsp. cumin

  • 0.5 tsp. salt


Pour the malt with boiling water, mix and cool. In rye flour pour out yeast, in wheat - flaxseed. The flesh of tomatoes is ground in a blender together with the malt leaven and garlic.



In the resulting mixture, add rye flour, sugar, salt and dried greens, mix and leave for a while, until the mixture begins to wander.



After that, pour the wheat flour and knead it until we get a soft sticky dough. So that it does not stick to your hands, we add oil from the seeds of flax.



Roll the dough into a rectangle and turn it downrolls. Rectangular shape lined with parchment, sprinkle the surface of future bread with cumin. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to make the dough rise.



Bake bread 40-50 minutes in the oven, heated to 195 degrees. We remove the prepared bread from the oven, cover it with a towel until it cools completely, cut it and serve it to the table.



Spanish bread with garlic



This recipe is very simple - you do not need to bake bread yourself, because the Spanish bread with garlic is prepared on the basis of the finished baguette. It turns out fast and tasty snack. For its preparation we will need:



  • baguette - 1 pc.

  • Butter - 30 g

  • fresh parsley - 3 sprigs

  • garlic - 1 clove


Garlic and parsley is crushed in a blender inhomogeneous gruel. Add the oil, warmed to room temperature, and stir again. Must be a soft oil, flavored with parsley and garlic.



We take the baguette and make diagonal incisions on it. They should be very deep, but it is very important not to cut bread completely. Lubricate the incisions with garlic butter and parsley and wrap the baguette in foil for baking.



Bake the bread in the oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Before serving, cut them into slices already made notches.
