Potato zrazy with mushrooms

mushrooms - 500 g
Butter - 30 g

Champignons are cleaned, washed and cut into pieces of the same size. Onions are cleaned and finely chopped. Fry the onions to a golden hue, add the mushrooms and fry until ready, having salted to taste.
Wheat bread soaked in milk. We pass the meat through the meat grinder, add to it the bread and salt solids to taste. The resulting minced meat is divided into portions, from each serving should be a round cake about a centimeter thick.
