Caesar salad
Very soon, a series of New Yearsholidays. For sure, each hostess will cook many delicious and favorite dishes. But if you want to surprise your guests, then instead of the traditional "Olivier Basin" prepare a salad "Caesar", the popularity of which is rapidly gaining momentum around the world. This salad was invented by the Italian chef Caesar Cardini, and therefore bears his name.




Caesar salad classic


To prepare this salad you will need:



  • garlic - 2 teeth

  • olive oil - 6 tablespoons.

  • white bread - 3 pieces

  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

  • Wurskershire sauce - 1 tbsp.

  • salt pepper

  • green salad - 1 head

  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • grated parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp.


Salad preparation:


Garlic chop and put in olive oil. After 3-4 hours, drain the oil into another container.


White bread cut into very small cubes(approximately 5 mm). Fry it in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, infused with garlic. Fry the bread until golden brown. Ready toast to dry off excess oil on a clean kitchen towel.


The remaining olive oil is mixed with salt and pepper, lemon juice and wurskershire sauce. This is a salad dressing.


Salad break into pieces and put them in a salad bowl. Add refueling and mix.


Eggs cook for 1 minute. Ready eggs are broken into a salad bowl and mixed to make the egg mix with the dressing.


Add parmesan and shriveled toast on the towel. Before serving let the salad mix again.
