Necessary ingredients:



  • fish - 700 g

  • bread - 2 slices

  • eggs - 2 pieces

  • onion - 2 pieces

  • sugar ½ tsp.

  • oil - 150 g

  • milk, salt, pepper.


Cooking method:

Recipe number 3. Fish cutlets with cottage cheese


You are surprised that there can be cutlets with cottage cheese. But there is nothing strange, besides, it is very tasty and unusual.


Necessary ingredients:

  • carrots - 1 pc

  • cottage cheese - 150 g

  • milk - 100 g

  • egg - 1 piece

  • loaf - 200 g

Cooking method:

This is such a "cheap option", but very light and fast, and most importantly - delicious.


Necessary ingredients:



  • canned in oil - 1 pc

  • eggs - 4 pieces

  • manga - 7 tbsp. l.

  • onions - 2-3 pieces

  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.

  • salt, soda, spices.


For gravy:



  • carrots - 1 pc

  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l.

  • onion - 2 pieces

  • vegetable oil.


Cooking method:



  1. canned food with a fork pull out from a jar without a soup, put it in a plate and knead it well;

  2. finely chop onion;

  3. mix all the foods together and let stand for about 30 minutes to allow the manke to swell;

  4. prepare the gravy: chop the onions, carrots rub on a large grater and fry in oil;

  5. in the end we pour tomato paste, salt and spices and stew for 2-3 more minutes;

  6. we can proceed directly to the preparation: spoon in small portions put the minced meat on a heated frying pan and fry until a ruddy crust;

  7. fold the cutlets into a saucepan, alternating with layers of gravy, and stew for 20 minutes. They can be served both hot and cold, up to 20 pieces come out of the portion.
