Meat with mushrooms in pots



You will need:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • meat (veal, pork or chicken)

Cut the meat into small cubes, you canpre-fry it in vegetable oil. Onions and carrots fry separately. Potatoes should also be cut into strips or cubes. If desired, it can also be fried.



Now you can start laying the ingredients inpot: start with meat, now add the fried onions with carrots, boiled mushrooms, potatoes. Do not forget to salt and pepper properly. Top up the broth. To diversify the taste, you can add a little bit of mayonnaise, sour cream or wine to the pot.



Put the pot into the oven for 30-40 minutes. If you pre-fried and boiled all the products, then the cooking time can be reduced to 15-20 minutes.



Meat with mushrooms in pots "Obzhorka"



  • 0.5 kg of turkey meat

  • 0.5 kg of chicken meat

  • 300 g of mushrooms

  • 10 pcs of potatoes of medium size

  • 2-3 pieces of onions

  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 50 g of cheese

  • mayonnaise

  • sour cream

  • salt, spices to taste

Pre-cook the turkey for 12-20 minutes. Do not pour out the broth, it will still come in handy. Cut the boiled turkey meat and raw chicken fillets into small cubes.



Cut the vegetables: onions - half rings, potatoes - cubes, mushrooms - slices. Lay out the ingredients in the following order: pour 1 tbsp butter into a pot, lay onions, turkey, potatoes, mushrooms, chicken fillets. Pour 1/3 of the pot with broth from the turkey.



Now you can make a delicious sauce thatthe meat in the pot is covered: for this mix sour cream, mayonnaise and grated cheese. You can add your favorite spices here. Add the sauce to the pots (if not one) and put them without lids in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 ° C. Then cover the pots with lids and continue to extinguish the dishes for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.



Beef with mushrooms in a pot
