  • 1 kg of mutton

  • 5-6 large potatoes

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 onions

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1 Bulgarian pepper

  • 2 bay leaves

  • parsley and cilantro

  • 0.5 tsp. ziri

  • black pepper

  • salt


To make a delicious shurpa, you need itcorrectly boil, so that the meat can fully reveal its flavor and taste. Tell you how to make a shurpa. First, rinse the mutton well. It is best to take meat with a stone. Traditionally, shurpa is prepared from meat and vegetables, cut into large enough pieces. After all, the more a piece of meat - the better taste it will have.
