To prepare meat in French with mushrooms you will need:
300 g of meat fillet
200 g champignons
150 g hard cheese
onion - 1 pc.
mayonnaise, salt, pepper - to taste
Clean and wash the champignons, cut thempieces of medium size and pour cold water. Then cut the meat as a chop - the thickness of the pieces should be about 1 cm. Season and pepper the pieces of meat from each side. Put the meat on a large frying pan or baking sheet. Drain the water from the mushrooms, dry them and put them on the meat. Lightly salt. Then, peel and cut the onions into semi-rings - it will be the third layer. Grate the cheese on a grater (the best type is a hard cheese such as "Russian"). Spoon abundantly with a dish, and top with a mayonnaise. Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until the crust appears on the cheese). Meat in French with mushrooms is ready!

For meat in French with mushrooms and tomatoes you need the following ingredients:
800 g of meat
200 g of champignons (raw or canned)
3-4 tomatoes
300 grams of hard cheese
Salt and pepper - to taste
Cut the meat in the same way as inprevious recipe, lightly beat off and put on a baking sheet. Salt and pepper the pieces of meat. Top with chopped mushrooms (fresh mushrooms must be washed and cleaned beforehand). For each piece of meat, put a circle of tomato (or two, if the tomatoes are not very large). Top with grated cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Meat in French with mushrooms and tomatoes can be served to the table!
