Preparation
Meat wash, peel off the film and veins, cut into small pieces. Potatoes, onions and mushrooms are washed, cleaned and also cut into small pieces. Grate the cheese on the grater.
At the bottom of the pot lay a layer of onions, then a layer of potatoes, meat, mushrooms. Salt to taste, pour broth, top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Prepared pots put in a cold oven (so they do not crack), close the lids and cook the dish at a temperature of about 180-250 ° C for 1.5-2 hours.
The readiness of the dish is determined by the willingness of the meat - it should be soft or easily pierced with a fork.
