Soup with meatballs and vermicelli

Soup with meatballs and vermicelli
To make soup with meatballs and vermicelli you will need:
- water 4 l
- minced meat - 400-500 g
- potatoes - 3-5 pcs.
- vermicelli 50-100 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste
- parsley, dill
- vegetable oil for roasting
Preparation
In a saucepan of suitable capacity, boil water. While the water boils, you can do the preparation of vegetables.
Potatoes should be washed, brushed and cut into small cubes or cubes.
Carrots should be washed, brushed, rubbed on a large grater or cut into small cubes. Onions are also peeled and cut into small cubes.
From meat minced meatballs. Meat stuffing for this can be purchased at the store or cooked by yourself. Mince the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, you can optionally add ground minced garlic.
Meatballs should be made in the form of small balls. It is easier to form them with wet hands or with a teaspoon.
In the boiling water should be lowered meatballs, boil for 8-10 minutes over a small fire. From time to time you need to remove the formed foam.
Then add the prepared potatoes to the soup, cook for 5 minutes. Onions and carrots to pass in a frying pan in vegetable oil, after which you need to add vegetables to the soup.
