For cooking, you will need:


  • 200-250 g of bones

  • 1 onion

  • 1 parsley root

  • 2 carrots

  • slice of rutabaga

  • 250 g cabbage

  • 3 potatoes

  • 3 peas of black pepper or a slice of sweet pepper

  • dill or parsley

  • salt to taste

  • 1 liter of water


For meatballs:


  • 200 g minced meat

  • 1 egg

  • 0.5 bulbs

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of rice

  • ground black pepper

  • salt to taste


Preparation



  1. Bones pour cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Cook for 2-3 hours, strain, put in broth sliced ​​rutabaga, cabbage, potatoes, cook for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Onions, parsley, carrots chopped, put out inremoved from the broth fat and put in soup. Add black or sweet pepper. Then put the meatballs with wet hands or two teaspoons into the broth and cook until they come up.
