Cooking method:
Rinse the chicken well and place in a pot of water. Salt, pepper and throw the bay leaf.
Cut the carrots into large cubes and add to the pan. Then throw the whole bulb.
Put on a strong fire and periodically collect the foam. After boiling reduce the thickness of the plate to a minimum.
If you decide to add potatoes, cut it first with cubes.
Boil should be about 40-50 minutes. Then take out the carrots and onions. Add the potatoes and leave the soup on medium heat for 15 minutes. Then put the vermicelli and cook another 3-5 minutes. Cover and remove from the oven.
Pre-cook hard-boiled egg cut into two halves and throw in the ready-made soup.
