Canned cucumbers in circles

In each jar put 2 tsp. sugar and 1 hour. l. salt, pour in 1 tbsp. l. vinegar. Pour the cans of cold boiled water over the "shoulders", pour out the vegetable oil from above. Cover the jars with lids and sterilize for 15 minutes (from the boiling point of water). Then roll the cans, turn them over and leave them until they are completely cooled (you can not wrap them up).
Canned cucumbers with vodka
Canned cucumbers - an excellent appetizer forvodka, everyone knows this. And did you know that there are recipes for cucumbers for the winter, in which vodka is added directly to cucumbers during canning? It is clear that she will not make "crocheted" cucumbers, but she will contribute better to safety. To prepare such cucumbers, take:
2 kg of fresh cucumber
3 tbsp. l. salt
2 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar
2 tbsp. l. vodka
spices for your taste (garlic, dill branches, currant leaves and horseradish, etc.)
Cucumbers soak for three hours in cold water. At the bottom of the prepared three-liter jar lay spices, then fill the jar with soaked cucumbers. In a half liter of water, add salt and bring to a boil. As soon as the pickle boils, turn off the fire and immediately pour vinegar and vodka. Pour the cucumbers with hot brine. You can roll up right away, you can leave for 12 hours, close the scalded boiling water cap cap and there, without waiting for winter.
Marinated cucumbers in Bulgarian style

garlic - 3 cloves
onions (small) - 1 pc.
Cucumbers to wash and for 3-4 hours soak in a coldwater. In the prepared jar put a small onion, garlic, bay leaf and sweet pepper. Then fill the jar with cucumbers. From the water, sugar, salt and vinegar prepare marinade, bring to a boil and pour the boiling marinade cucumbers. Cover the jars with lids and sterilize for 10 minutes, roll up and leave to cool. The next day, remove the cucumbers for storage.
Cucumber salad for the winter
Some recipes for cucumbers for the winter offer to cover cucumbers in the form of salad. Well, this option also has the right to exist. For canning salad from cucumbers, take:
3 kg of fresh cucumbers
250 ml of sunflower oil
250 ml 6% vinegar
200 g of sugar
100 g of salt
2 tbsp. l. garlic, passed through garlic
2 tbsp. l. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. l. coriander grains
Cucumbers wash and cut into strips (crosswise tohalves, and then each half - into four parts along). Mix the vinegar and sunflower oil, add sugar, salt, garlic, pepper, garlic and coriander. Pour the cucumbers with this mixture, cover and leave for three hours. After three hours, fill the prepared cans with a salad, sterilize 10-15 minutes, roll up.
