Rinse cucumbers under a stream of cold water andcut their tips. Pepper rinse, cut along, scrub the seeds and cut into thin strips across. Two-thirds of a bunch of dill lay on the bottom of jars, bowls or pots. Garlic cut into thin slices, lay a piece of garlic in dill. Then put the cucumbers densely, sprinkle with pepper and garlic. Transferring the package into a bowl, take it to the refrigerator. From time to time the package must be taken out and shaken. Lightly salted cucumber with coriander and mustard
