- cucumber - 1 kg
- apple green - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 1 head
- dill - 1 bunch
- parsley - 1 beam
- pepper black peas - 10 pcs.
- salt - 2 tbsp.
- water - 1 l
- leaves of currant, cherries - to taste
Preparation
Apples are pre-cut into 4 parts, seeds can not be removed.
Lay cucumbers, apples, herbs, peppers and garlic in a container.
Pour boiling brine: boil water and add salt.
Keep the day in a cool place. The cucumbers are ready!
