Pickled cucumbers with mustard
To prepare marinated cucumbers with mustard you will need:
- small cucumbers - 1 kg
- onion 150 g
- dill - 1 bunch
- table vinegar - 0.25 tbsp.
- mustard dry - 350 g
- sugar - 5 tbsp.
- bay leaves - 1 pc.
- black pepper powder - 1 tsp.
Preparation
Cucumbers to wash, dry wipe.
Chop onion and dill, mix with dry mustard and sugar and add to vinegar.
The mixture is heated, add the mashed laurel leaf, ground pepper, boil with constant stirring.
Cucumbers carefully folded in a marinade, allow to boil.
Hot spread the cucumber along with the marinade on the banks, immediately roll up.
