Prescription of canned cucumber
In summer you can enjoy fresh vegetablesand fruit. But do not forget to take care and prepare them for the winter, so as not to be like that dragonfly-dragonfly. Start, for example, with canning cucumbers. Prescription of canned cucumber, but not one, is in the Land of Soviets.







Canned cucumber with mustard



If the canned cucumbers are cut into plates and covered with mustard, you will get a snack with a pleasant island-sweet taste. We offer you a recipe for canned cucumber with mustard. Products will need the following:



  • cucumber - 4 kg

  • 9% vinegar - 1 tbsp.
    refined sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.

  • sugar - 1 tbsp.

  • garlic - 1 head

  • salt - 3 tbsp. l.

  • chopped herbs (except for onions) - 2 tbsp. l.

  • mustard powder - 2 tsp.

  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.


Straight, not thick cucumbers with soft seedswash, cut off the ends and peel. We cut the cleared cucumbers along plates with a thickness of 1-1.5 mm (you can use a special knife for cleaning vegetables).



Take a bowl or pot, add itplates of cucumbers. We add greens, finely chopped garlic, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper. Pour in the vinegar and sunflower oil, mix and leave for 1-2 hours. During this time, the cucumber will be allowed to juice.



We lay out cucumbers on half-liter jars,pour juice and sterilize for 20 minutes, covering the cans with metal covers. We roll up the jars, set them upside down and cover them with a warm blanket. Leave for two days, then we put it away for storage.



Canned cucumbers with tarragon



It's amazing how just one spice can change the taste of the dish! Here, for example, the recipe for canned cucumber with tarragon (tarragon). It will give the cucumber an unusual flavor. For canning of cucumbers we reserve such products:



  • cucumbers based on a liter jar

  • 450 ml of water

  • 1 tbsp. l. (with a small slide) of coarse salt

  • 1 tsp. acetic essences

  • 4 peas of sweet pepper

  • 1 pea of ​​sweet pepper

  • 1 sprig of parsley

  • 1 sprig of tarragon

  • 1 horseradish leaf

  • 1 clove of garlic


Cucumbers are soaked in water for seven hours, the time fromtime changing water. Banks are sterilized and densely packed in them cucumbers together with spices. Salt add water, bring to a boil and boil for 7-10 minutes. Fill cucumbers with brine, cover with sterile lids. In the next 10 minutes, the brine is drained, again thoroughly boiled, add the vinegar essence. Immediately pour cucumbers brine and roll.



Spicy canned cucumber with ketchup



But the recipe for canned cucumber with the addition of chili ketchup, it turns out very piquant and unusual. For the preparation of four liter cans of cucumbers we will need:



  • small cucumbers (or large, but cut into quarters)
    ketchup chili - 200 g

  • water - 5 tbsp.

  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.

  • sugar - 1 tbsp.

  • salt - 2 tbsp. l.

  • sweet pepper peas - 36 pcs.

  • leaves of black currant - 16 pcs.

  • bay leaves - 8 pcs.

  • sliced ​​horseradish root - 8 pcs.

  • dry mustard - 2 tsp.

  • dill - to taste


We prepare banks, put on the bottom of each bankeight peppercorns, four blackcurrant leaves, two horseradish circles, two bay leaves, twigs of dill, and half a teaspoon of mustard powder. We put in pre-washed cucumbers.



Pour water into the pan. Add ketchup chili, vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and pour the cucumbers with a hot marinade. If the marinade is less than necessary, add the boiling water to the jars. We sterilize the cans in a traditional way and roll them up with lids.
