Adding coriander allows you to give cucumbers, preserved in oil, a pleasant spicy taste. In order to close the cucumber salad in oil with coriander, we will need the following ingredients:



  • 4 kilograms of small cucumbers

  • 250 milliliters of vegetable oil

  • 250 milliliters of 6% vinegar

  • 250 grams of sugar

  • 100 grams of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of garlic pasted through a press

  • 1 packet of ground black pepper

  • ground coriander - to taste


Cucumbers, cut off the ends and cut into slices(very small cucumbers can simply be cut in half). Spread the sliced ​​cucumber in an enamel pot or basin, add vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and spices. Thoroughly mix and leave for three hours. To cucumber evenly soaked marinade, from time to time you need to mix them.



Prepare half-liter cans and fillsalad from cucumbers. Cover with boiled lids and sterilize for ten minutes. If you decide to close the salad in a liter jar, you need to sterilize for 13-15 minutes, and in cans of a larger volume, this cucumber salad is not recommended. We roll the cans, cool them and put them away for storage.



Cucumbers in oil: 2 option



Here is a slightly different option of cannedsalad from cucumbers in oil with the addition of coriander. It includes onions and garlic instead of garlic. In addition, it is prepared not coldly, but hot (before canning, cucumbers will have to be boiled, but then you can not sterilize the jars with blanks). To prepare such a salad, let's take:



  • 2.5 kilograms of cucumbers

  • 1 kilogram of small onions

  • 100 milliliters of sunflower oil

  • 100 milliliters of 6% vinegar

  • 100 grams of sugar

  • 30 grams of salt

  • Greens and ground coriander - to taste

We present to your attention the recipe for canning cucumbers with the addition of carrots, onions, sweet peppers and vegetable oil. To prepare this stock for the winter we will need such products:



  • 8-10 kilograms of cucumbers

  • 4.5 liters of water

  • 450 milliliters of vinegar

  • 250 grams of sugar

  • 150 grams of salt

  • 70 milliliters of vegetable oil

  • 3-4 carrots

  • 3-4 bulbs

  • 1 Bulgarian pepper

  • 5-7 peas of sweet pepper


Cucumbers pour cold water and leave ontwo or three hours, then mine and cut into circles. The rest of my vegetables, clean and rinse again. Carrots and peppers cut into small pieces, and onions - rings.



We set the water on the fire and bring it to a boil. Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, sweet pepper and boil for about five minutes.



We take sterilized cans, put it on the bottomonions, peppers and carrots, then fill the jars with cucumbers and pour the marinade. We sterilize the cans with cucumbers for 15-20 minutes, roll up, turn over and wrap up until it cools down completely, and then we remove it for storage.
