Marinated cucumbers for the winter

Prepare pickled cucumbers for the winter - "sacred" duty of every Russian mistress! Crispy, aromatic pickled cucumbers are good in winter as an independent snack, for salads, pickles.
Marinated cucumbers for winter prepared from small fruits, with dark "pimples". Preservation of cucumbers is due to the formation of cucumber lactic acid and acetic acid during pickling. For humans, the use of these acids is not dangerous, but for bacteria it is an unfavorable environment.
Marinated cucumbers for the winter
To prepare marinated cucumbers for the winter, you will need (per one three-liter jar):
- water - 5 glasses
- table vinegar - 250 ml
- sugar - 0.5 cups
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- cucumbers - how much will go into the jar
- dill - 2-3 umbrellas
- garlic -1-2 wedges
- leaves of black currant, cherries - 2-3 pcs.
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.
- pepper fragrant (can be black) - 3-5 peas
Preparation
Select the cucumber carefully washed, you can slightly cut off the "ass."
In a clean three-liter jar (pre-sterilized) put the washed leaves, spices. Top with cucumber.
Prepare the marinade. Mix the water, salt, sugar, boil, add the vinegar.
Pour the cucumber with boiling marinade. Cover the jar with cucumbers, sterilize for 15-20 minutes.
Marinated cucumbers for the winter roll, in an upturned wrap. After cooling, transfer to a cool storage place.
