Delicious recipe: Italian style meat stew
A thick and satisfying stew is an ideal dish for wintermeal. A fragrant vegetable sauce with tart wine and spicy cheese notes, tender pieces of meat and a noble Italian pasta as a side dish - such a cocktail of flavors will not leave indifferent the connoisseurs of good cuisine.
Ingredients:
Egg paste (preferably pappardelle) - to taste
Meat - 0,6 kg
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Salt - 3 tsp.
Olive oil - 100 g
Garlic - 4 denticles
Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
Red dry wine - 300 g
Chicken broth - 600 g
Tomatoes - 6 pcs.
Parmesan - 100 g
Cooking method:
Cut the meat into large cubes, marinate in salt and black pepper, put in the refrigerator for an hour
Heat olive oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom, add chopped garlic and bay leaves. Put the meat and fry for a few minutes
Pour in the wine and simmer the meat until the liquid evaporates by two thirds
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for another ten minutes.
Pour broth and stew for another hour - one and a half on a small fire
Boil the pasta, combine it with the stew, add grated Parmesan and mix well. Serve hot
