Guacamole Recipe

The word "guacamole" came in the Mexican version of the Spanish language from the Aztec language, where it meant "avocado sauce". In addition to avocados, guacamole contains lemon or lime juice and salt. Juice is needed to ensure that the flesh of the avocado does not darken. To make guacamole according to the classic recipe, you need to take:
1 avocado
1 lemon

1 tomato
half a small bulb
half a lemon
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Avocado mine, wipe, cut along twoparts and take out the stone. Flesh is removed from the peel with a spoon and sprinkle with lemon juice. My tomato, dried, cut into pieces. Onions are cleaned and cut into several pieces. We rub all the ingredients in the blender, mash the salt, pepper, season with lemon juice and olive oil, mix.
