  • Iceberg lettuce - 300 gr

  • olive oil - 10 tbsp


  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp


  • orange juice - 2 tbsp


  • fatty cream - 2 tbsp

Step-by-step instruction




  1. Shredded garlic cloves in olive oil for 1 hour.


  2. Salad leaves to sort, wash and dry on a towel.


  3. Squid thaw, cut into thin rings, boil until ready and lightly cool.


  4. Olive oil soaked in garlic, strainthrough gauze. For toasting, leave 2-3 tablespoons. The rest of the volume is combined with salt, sugar, ground pepper and lemon juice. In this mixture, place still warm squid rings, mix well and leave for 25-30 minutes.

  10. Serve the serving dish with a thin layersalad dressing. Lay out the sheets of Iceberg on it, pour the dressing and cover with a layer of squid and biscuits. Once again soak the dressing and add the layers in this order: avocado + dressing + cheese.
