Eggs stuffed with sprats



To prepare eggs stuffed with sprats, we will need:



  • hard boiled eggs - 6 pcs.

  • sprats in oil - 1 can

  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.

  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

  • pepper to taste

  • greens for decoration

Cool cooked eggs are cleaned from the shell andcut into halves. We take out yolks from eggs. Sprats are crushed. With tomatoes, we remove the skins (this is easy to do if the tomato is scalded with boiling water), take out the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes.



Crushed sprats are ground with yolks. Add tomatoes to this mixture, pepper to taste (do not salt - sprats and so salty) and dress with mayonnaise. Fill the resulting filling with halves of eggs and decorate with greens.



Eggs stuffed with champignons



We have already published a recipe of eggs stuffed with champignons, and today we suggest that you familiarize yourself with another variation of the mushroom filling. For its preparation we take:



  • hard boiled eggs - 6 pcs.

  • champignons - 300 g

  • onions - 1 pc.

  • salted crackers - 10 pcs.

  • black olives without pits - 6 tbsp.

  • butter - 2 tbsp.

  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

  • salt, pepper to taste

We clean the onions and champignons. Finely chop onion and mushrooms and fry in butter until cooked. Solim, pepper and let cool.



Weld hard-boiled eggs and cut into halves. From each half of the egg we get the yolks. In half of the proteins put fried mushrooms with onions, decorated with mayonnaise and halves of olives.



To yolks are not lost in vain, we rub them with mayonnaise, pepper and salt. We spread the yolk mass of crackers, and for each cracker we put the stuffed half of the olive egg up.



Eggs stuffed with shrimps



To cook eggs stuffed with shrimps and pickled cucumbers, we'll take:



  • boiled eggs - 6 pcs.

  • shrimp - 6 pcs.

  • mayonnaise - 6 tsp

  • grated marinated cucumbers - 4 tsp

Boil shrimp in boiling water for twominutes. Ready shrimps are cooled, cleaned and cut very finely. Marinated cucumbers rub on a small grater. Weld hard-boiled eggs and cut into halves. From each half of the egg we get the yolks.



We knead yolks, crushed shrimps, grated pickles and mayonnaise, until the mass becomes homogeneous. We spread the shrimp stuffing into halves of boiled proteins.
