To prepare the czarist Easter cake with raisins and almonds, we will take:



  • 1 kg of cottage cheese

  • 200 g of butter

  • 5 eggs

  • 2-3 tbsp. Sahara

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream

  • 0.25 tbsp. peeled almonds

  • 0.25 tbsp. raisins without pits

  • vanilla to taste



Cottage cheese is wiped through a sieve together with a creamoil. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. We put the dishes with the curd mass on the stove and bring the cottage cheese with butter and sour cream to a boil. To the mass is not burnt, you need to continuously mix it with a wooden spatula.



Once the cottage cheese mass boils, immediatelyremove the pan from the fire and cool as quickly as possible, without stopping stirring. When the mass cools down, add sugar, almonds, raisins and vanillin to it and mix thoroughly.



We shift the mass into the pasochnitsu, densely ramming, we cover the top with a saucer, and on the saucer we put a small load. We put Easter for a day in the refrigerator.
