Meat in sweet and sour sauce on February 23
Lamb with prunes and almonds with sweet and sour sauce
Necessary ingredients:
loin - 1 kg
red onions - 2 pcs
prunes - 300 g
almonds - 150 g
sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l.
sweet pepper, salt, bay leaves, cinnamon
lemon - 1 pc
sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Meat washed under cold water and cutmiddle chunks. Red onion peeled and cut into half rings, mixed with meat, add salt, pepper, juice of one lemon and put everything in the refrigerator for two hours to marinate;
in the grilling jig we warm up the butter, lay out therepickled lamb and fry it over medium heat until golden brown. At the bottom of the dishes pour a little hot water, cover the meat with a lid and stew for 40 minutes;
prunes are washed and cut into strips, almonds are cut with a knife. Add all this to mutton along with sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. We cook another 15 minutes.
Pork in sweet and sour sauce with red beans
This dish is prepared based on Mexican cuisine and for its preparation you will need:
red beans - 1 can
pork - 1 kg
vegetable oil - 30 g
pineapple juice - 1 glass
eggplant - 1 pc
red onions - 1 pc.
potato starch - 4 tbsp. l.
carrots - 1 pc
sweet pepper - 2 pcs
greens - bunch
pineapple - 150 g
salt
chilli
soy sauce
Preparation:
Pork is washed, dried on a paper towel and cut into medium sized brushes;
my vegetables, clean and cut into strips, put aside. Greenery and chili pepper finely chopped;
meat salt, pepper, roll in starch and fry on hot oil for 4 minutes;
in another bowl, fry onions, carrots,eggplants and bell peppers. When the vegetables become slightly soft, we add meat, beans, pineapple, pineapple juice, soy sauce and chili to them. Stir and leave to stew for 20 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Chicken with sesame seeds
Ingredients:
sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
chicken breast - 4 pcs
salt pepper
starch - polstakana
eggs - 2 pieces
vegetable oil
For sauce:
sugar - 150 g
ketchup - 4 tbsp. l.
vinegar - 50 ml.
soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
garlic salt - 1 tsp.
red pepper - 1 whisper
Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into cubes of medium size and season with salt;
roll the brisket in starch, chicken egg and fry in deep-frying for 2 minutes;
we prepare sweet and sour sauce: mix sugar, ketchup, and garlic salt, pour a little vinegar and soy sauce, at the end add red pepper and mix;
put all the meat on a baking tray andpour half the sauce. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds, pour the remaining sauce. Such meat fits well with rice or noodles.
