A simple recipe: chicken with mushrooms in mustard-cream sauce
Juicy white meat, piquant sweetness of mushrooms and a delicate taste of spicy cream sauce is an ideal dish for a dining meal.
Ingredients:
Butter - 30 g
Olive oil - 10 g
Chicken drumsticks - 6 pcs.
Mushrooms - 150 g
White dry wine - 100 g
Broth - 230 ml
Cream 20% fat - 80 ml
Mustard - 2 tbsp. l.
Several cloves of garlic, thyme
Cooking method:
Melt butter in a frying pan, add the olive oil and fry the chicken drumsticks in this mixture until a golden crust appears
Cut mushrooms and fry them in the same pan
Add mushrooms to garlic and pour in the wine
Add broth to the mixture and add mustard
Bring the mushroom broth to a boil, pour in the cream. Cook the sauce for 10 - 15 minutes - until it slightly thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste
Pour the sauce into a heat-resistant mold, put shanks into it, decorate with thyme branches. Cook for 20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C
Serve hot, with garnish of boiled potatoes, ciabatta or baguette
