- red onions - 1 pc.

- orange juice - 0.5 tbsp.
- honey - 100 g
- soy sauce - 50 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- sour cream - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Peel onions and cut into rings. Puncture each piece of chicken fillet in several places and fold it into a bowl or pan. Put the onion rings on the fillet and mix with the hands of the fillet, trying to squeeze out as much juice as possible from the onions. - water - 0.5 tbsp.
- dry red wine - 0.25 tbsp.
- pepper - 0,25 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- vegetable oil for greasing a baking sheet
