Chicken legs in the oven under sauce



To give the meat an unusual taste, you can bake chicken legs under a spicy mustard-lemon sauce. To prepare this dish we will need:




  • 500 g of chicken legs


  • 3 tsp. mustard


  • half a lemon


  • garlic, ground black pepper, salt - to taste


  • vegetable oil for mold lubrication


  • parsley for decoration

First, prepare the marinade sauce for baking. To do this, chop garlic with chesnochnitsa, squeeze out the juice from the lemon and mix the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, pepper and salt.



Chicken legs, dry withpaper towels and evenly rubbed on all sides with mustard-lemon sauce. Put the chicken in a bowl and leave it for a couple of hours to make it properly marinated.



We take the form for baking, we grease the plantbutter and put in it chicken legs. Bake the legs in a preheated oven until ready (this will take about 40-50 minutes). Before serving, decorate the baked legs with parsley.



Chicken legs in the oven with mushrooms



To make our chicken legs more nourishing, you can stuff your mushrooms. For preparation chicken legs stuffed with mushrooms, we will take:




  • 800 g of chicken legs


  • 300 g of champignons


  • 100 grams of hard cheese


  • 1 onion


  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste


  • vegetable oil for frying and lubricating the mold



Champignons are mine, dried and cut into plates. Onions, clean and cut into cubes. Cheese three on a grater. Chicken legs and dry with a paper towel. We take a sharp knife, gently remove the skin from the legs and separate the meat from the bones. Grind the meat with a meat grinder.



Sliced ​​mushrooms are fried in vegetableoil, after a while add the onions to them and fry until half-ready. Solim, pepper, add the scrolled chicken meat and fry some more time. Then we put the grated cheese and cook until the cheese melts.



Prepared peel, removed from the legs, stuffed with cooked stuffing. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out on it stuffed chicken legs. Bake in the oven until cooked.
