Pork in Chinese with sweet and sour sauce

Pork in Chinese with sweet and sour sauce
To cook pork in Chinese in sweet and sour sauce you will need:
- 250 g pork fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 carrot
- 250 g pineapple
- 125 g of flour
- 3 tbsp. l. starch
- 1.5 tbsp. l. baking powder
- 5 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 0,5 glasses of vegetable oil
- 125 ml of white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 5 tablespoons pineapple juice
Preparation
Knead the dough. Mix 1 tbsp. l. starch, flour and baking powder. Add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and 1-2 tbsp. l. water to get a thick dough.- Wash meat, dry, cut into cubes.
- Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the saucepan,strongly warm up. Dip each cube of pork into a dough and fry in portions in hot oil, 4-5 min. each serving. Put the noise on paper towels.
- Vegetables cleaned, remove the pepper from the core. Pepper, carrots and pineapple cut into small pieces, chop the onions and garlic.
- Drain all the butter from the stewpan, leaving 1 tbsp. l. Return to the fire and fry onion, pepper, pineapple slices and carrots, stirring, 1-2 minutes. Get a noisy and put in a bowl.
- Mix brown sugar, the remaining starch, vinegar, garlic, tomato paste and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil, stirring, and cook for 1 minute until the sauce thickens. Add the fried pork and vegetables. Warm everything together 1-2 min. You can serve with rice or noodles. </ li>
