Swiss New Year's salad



To prepare this salad, take the following foods:



  • carbonate - 400 g

  • Servelat - 400 g

  • boiled-smoked ham - 400 g

  • pears of medium size - 4 pcs.

  • fresh cucumbers of small size - 2 pcs.

  • Pickled cucumber of medium size - 2 pcs.

  • sprig of tarragon

  • juice of one lemon

  • mayonnaise - to taste



Wash, dry with a paper toweland chop the tarragon. Mix the chopped tarragon with the juice of one lemon and mayonnaise, set the dressing aside. Refueling must certainly be done first of all, so that the mayonnaise can soak up the aroma of tarhuna.



Remove the shell from the serverlata. Cut the cuticle and the layer of subcutaneous fat from the ham. Slice a thin strawberry, ham and garnet (length of straw is about 2.5 cm). Peel cucumbers (both fresh and pickled) from the skin, and cut the pears into quarters and remove the core. Chop cucumbers and pears with as thin strips as meat.



Combine the meat, pears and cucumbers. Pour the salad dressing with mayonnaise, lemon juice and tarragon, mix it thoroughly and let it brew for 2 hours (no less!). Salt and pepper the salad is not necessary, tk. Gammon, carbonate and salted cabbage themselves.
