Salad with pineapple and ham



To prepare a puffed salad with pineapple and ham, you will need:



  • ham - 200 g

  • canned pineapple - 1 can

  • potatoes - 3 pieces

  • eggs - 2 pieces

  • onions - 1 pc

  • salt, pepper, mayonnaise - to taste



Boil potatoes and eggs, peel the potatoes from the skin, and eggs - from the shell. Rub eggs and potatoes on a grater. Peel and finely chop the onions. Ham and pineapples cut into small cubes.



Lay the ingredients of the salad layers:



  • 1 layer - potatoes

  • 2 layer - ham

  • 3 layer - onion

  • 4 layer - eggs

  • 5 layer - pineapple


Each layer must be smeared with mayonnaise. This salad will be tastier if you let it brew for a couple of hours so that each layer is soaked with mayonnaise. If you want to serve a salad beautifully, you can put the products in half of the fresh pineapple instead of the usual dishes.
