Salad with grapefruit and cucumber

Salad with grapefruit and cucumber
Ingredients for salad:
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 red grapefruit
- leaf salad - to taste
- a handful of sesame seeds
Ingredients for refueling:
- 2-3 tbsp. l. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. l. grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp. natural soy sauce
Slice the cucumber thin slices withvegetable peelings. Cleanse the grapefruit. To do this, cut off the thick skin with a knife, completely capturing the white layer. Divide the grapefruit into slices and use a sharp knife to clean them from the bitter film (this is called grapefruit filing).
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them withPaper towels and put them on the bottom of the salad bowl. Top the cucumber slices. Pieces of fillet of grapefruit spread on top of the cucumber. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
Then prepare the gas station. Pour into a bowl of grapefruit juice (it can be wrung out of the remains of pulp on the films), soy sauce and sesame oil. Whisk the ingredients with a small whisk and pour the salad with the resulting dressing. Salt the salad is not necessary, tk. the soy sauce is salty in itself.
Bon Appetit!
