Required products:



  • Brown miso paste - 3 tbsp. l.

  • Bouillon dasi - 850 g

  • Tofu - 250 g

  • Shiitake mushroom - 100 g

  • Green onions - 4 feathers



  1. In the broth of dasi, add finely chopped mushrooms, bring to a boil and boil for two minutes on a moderate fire.

  2. While the base is boiling, cut cubes of tofu cheese.

  3. After the time, take 3 tbsp. l. broth, mix it with miso paste to a homogeneous consistency and add back to the soup along with tofu and chopped onion feathers.

  • Miso paste - 110 g.

  • Tofu - 30 g.

  • Wakame (algae) - 10 g.

  • Tofu - 400 g

  • Dried mushrooms - 40 g

  • Daikon - 50 g

  • Crab sticks - 150 g

  • Shrimp - 250 g

  • Leeks - 1 pc

  • Miso paste - 2 tbsp. l.

  • Cilantro to taste



  1. Mushrooms fill with boiling water, wait until they swell, then transfer to a saucepan and boil for about 3 minutes.

  2. Add chopped leeks and daikon, keep boiling for another two minutes.

  3. In the meantime, you can cut into tofu and crab sticks - add them to the soup with shrimp after the prescribed minutes.

  4. Stir all the ingredients and remove the soup from the fire.

  5. Add the miso-paste, mix it again - and the dish can be served on the table, sprinkled with cilantro or other herbs. Bon Appetit!
