Chicken cream soup

For cooking, you will need:

  • flour - 80 g

  • broth chicken - 1 l

  • cream 250 ml

  • boiled chicken breast - 100 g

Preparation


This soup-mash is very easy to prepare. You need to cook chicken broth (or take pre-cooked already). Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, fry. Dilute with a small amount of broth, mix thoroughly.


In a saucepan with broth add the saved meal and bring the broth to a boil., Then add the cream and cook with constant stirring for 5 minutes.


Add salt to taste until the end of cooking. Then wipe through a sieve to get a more homogeneous mass. Serve the soup-mash to the table, putting slices of boiled chicken fillet into each serving.



Chicken soup with vegetables


For cooking, you will need:



  • chicken fillet - 300 g

  • carrots - 1 pc.

  • onion - 1 pc.

  • flour - 20 g

  • Butter - 20 g

  • milk - 200 ml

  • water - 1 l

  • salt to taste


Preparation


Chicken fillet should be cut into pieces. Peel and rinse the carrots and onions.


In a saucepan add the chicken fillets, onion, carrots, pour cold water. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, as necessary, remove the foam. Then reduce the heat and cook for about 20-30 minutes.


Remove meat and vegetables from the broth. The bow will no longer be needed. Carrot and chicken fillet through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.


Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, mix thoroughly.


Next, drain the broth, add to itcrushed fillets and carrots, bring to a boil. In a few tricks, add butter and flour mixture to the soup, each time thoroughly mixing. Cook for 3-5 minutes.


Milk warm, pour into the soup. Add salt to taste. Ready to serve soup with croutons.
