Spaghetti with mushrooms
For the preparation of this type of spaghetti we will need:
- 300 g of spaghetti
300 g of champignons
150 ml chicken broth
100 ml of creamy cream
100 g of cheese
3 tablespoons green onions
2 onions
2 tablespoons flour
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp basil
0.5 tsp tarragona
vegetable oil, salt, pepper - to taste
Onions and garlic finely chopped. Champignons washed and cut into slices. Warm up the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry in it onion and garlic. Then add the mushrooms to the pan and fry for five minutes. Then sprinkle the mushrooms with onion and garlic flour, mix and pour broth into the frying pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, put tarragon and basil, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce the heat, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes.
While the sauce is boiling under the lid, boil the spaghettiuntil ready in salted water. Throw spaghetti in a colander and let the water drain. In the mushroom mixture pour in the cream and pour the finely chopped green onions. We boil for a couple of minutes. Cheese three on a fine grater. Spread the spaghetti on the dish, pour the resulting mushroom sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve it to the table.
