Cake with blueberries

Blueberry cake has a very delicate and pleasant taste. It is not too sweet or sour. Just the most it! If you have a pair of blueberries in the fridge, be sure to prepare this cake.
Sand cake with blueberries
Sweet sand cake will be an excellent dessert for tea on a warm summer evening. Try to cook and you are an open blueberry cake. You will need such ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 200 g of butter
- 7 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. blueberries
- salt
- water
First, prepare a short dough. To do this, sift flour, in the hill make a small groove, which should be put salt, egg yolk, 2-3 tbsp. l. sugar and cut into small pieces of butter. Add a little cold water and knead the elastic dough. Knead the dough, form a ball from it, which should be wrapped in a food film and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
While the dough cools, preparefillings. Clean the blueberries, remove from it all the leaves and twigs that could get into it. Then wash the berries and dry them on a paper towel. Add the remaining sugar to the prepared blueberries.
When the dough is infused, remove it from therefrigerator, divide into two parts. One half of the dough is rolled and placed in a greased baking dish. Form the sides of the future cake. Puncture the dough with a fork in several places. Put the beans or beans on the dough, distribute them evenly. Put the dough into the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of about 200 ° C.
Pull out the dough from the oven, remove the beans. Lay out on the prepared base a bilberry filling. From the remaining test, make flagella, which you can close the top of the pie in the form of a lattice. Lubricate the cake with an egg and bake it for another 20-30 minutes until a golden crust is formed.
Curd cake with blueberries
We offer you another version of the blueberry pie. This time the cake will be with curd filling. To make a pie with this recipe you will need such ingredients:
- 250 g of flour
- 150 g of butter
- 300 g of sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 4 tbsp. l. starch
- 2 tsp. baking powder for dough
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 300 g of blueberry
Let's do the dough preparation. Pound the butter with vanillin and 150 grams of sugar. Add one egg and mix well. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture. Knees not very steep, but soft dough. Put the dough into a baking dish. Be sure to form the sides of the cake.
Now you can do the preparation of the filling. Separate yolks from proteins. Yolks rub with the remaining sugar. In the egg mixture, add cottage cheese, mix it well. Then, stir in the resulting starch. Separately whisk the egg whites, add them to the curd mass. Now you can mix the filling and put it on the dough. Smooth the filling, and on top put the washed blueberries.
We advise you to leave a few berries, grind them from 1 tbsp. l. sugar in a blender. From the resulting blueberry mass, you can draw beautiful patterns on the pie. But this is optional.
Prepared pie put bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 ° C. Pour the cake into a dish and decorate it with sugar powder.
